Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once it has been dispatched.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

Free Shipping: Available on orders above 1499 (after discounts and before taxes).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, etc.).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.

Order Changes & Address Updates

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. If you need to make changes after placing an order, contact us immediately. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be rerouted.
