Return and Refund policy

We want you to love your PureDay products! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Opened or partially used supplements are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene regulations.

 

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@pureday.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

  3. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.)

 

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and applied to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong or defective item.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
